Current IDARA service status
IDARA Truforme does not currently offer or promote this procedure. This decision guide remains available to help clients understand the topic and evaluate care elsewhere with clearer questions.
Before surgery
Give your surgical team a complete list of prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, herbs, peptides, and supplements. Do not stop a prescribed medication unless the clinician responsible for it agrees. Nicotine can impair healing, and your surgeon may require a period without smoking or nicotine products.
Arrange a responsible adult for transportation and, when directed, early support at home. Fill prescriptions, prepare comfortable clothing, and confirm fasting and bathing instructions.
After surgery
Swelling, bruising, drainage, numbness, and soreness may occur. Compression garments and activity instructions vary, so follow the plan for your procedure. Gentle movement may help reduce certain risks, while strenuous activity can be restricted.
Call promptly for symptoms your surgeon identifies as concerning. Emergency symptoms may include chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, sudden one-sided leg swelling, heavy bleeding, confusion, or severe worsening pain.
Recovery is not a supplement contest
Protein, fluids, sleep, movement, and prescribed care matter. No peptide, infusion, or supplement should be promised to accelerate surgical healing without solid evidence and coordination with the operating surgeon.
IDARA Truforme gives clients written instructions they can understand before anesthesia makes every sentence feel like it was delivered through a wall.
Educational content only. Follow your own surgeon's instructions.
Evidence and review notes
These sources support the educational context. An IDARA clinician must confirm current evidence, service availability, and final claims before public release.
