Dr. Kenneth “DeWayne” Lanier is a distinguished pharmacist, entrepreneur, and investor who founded Idara: Truforme Aesthetics with a mission-driven vision to help people truly understand and embrace the foundational elements of wellness. He created a unique model of care focused on delivering holistic, confidence-enhancing results through a sophisticated blend of art and science.

Dr. Lanier’s clinical philosophy is rooted in a fundamental lesson learned through years of helping patients optimize their health: the most successful and lasting changes are those that become true lifestyle changes that seamlessly fit into a patient’s natural routines, value systems, and rhythms of life. This core belief shaped the creation of the unique, clinician-led, people-centered “Idara Truforme” methodology, which integrates various aspects of wellness and aesthetics.

His extensive clinical and business background provides the foundational commitment to safety, artistry, and personalization that defines the Idara experience. As a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with experience at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Lanier brings an unwavering commitment to scientific rigor and patient-centered innovation to the aesthetic space. He believes that innovation must always make sense to the patient, which is why every therapy offered (from cutting-edge technologies like infrasonic body sculpting to Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and customized IV therapies) is meticulously vetted for safety and effectiveness. This approach is built upon his expertise in designing specialized programs that have delivered customized, high-quality care to thousands of patients and ensured highly successful outcomes through personalized strategy.

As a devoted family man (father to a daughter and uncle to seven nieces) who shares a love for travel and culture with his family, Dr. Lanier created Idara to empower clients with the confidence and vitality needed to live fully. He views his background as a former college athlete as instilling the discipline and goal-setting focus essential for guiding clients through their own transformative wellness journeys.

Dr. Prince

Prince C. Ejindu, MD, MPH

Board-Certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine | Aesthetic & Wellness Physician | Procedural Specialist

Dr. Prince Ejindu is a board-certified physician recognized by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, with advanced clinical training and a refined passion for aesthetic and wellness medicine. He completed his medical residency at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, where he served as Chief Resident and developed advanced skills in therapeutic and diagnostic injections, precision-based techniques, and patient-centered care.

Known professionally as Dr. Prince, he is distinguished by his calm demeanor, steady hand, and meticulous attention to detail—qualities that define his approach to every cosmetic procedure. Guided by the belief that aesthetics lies at the intersection of art and science, Dr. Prince delivers natural, confidence-enhancing results through evidence-based techniques and personalized care.

His growing clinical practice in liposuction, body contouring, cosmetic injectables, and IV infusion therapies reflects his commitment to safety, artistry, and patient satisfaction—ensuring each treatment experience is both transformational and reassuring.

Janaia Allen

Patient Care Coordinator

Janaia Allen is our dedicated and results-driven Patient Care Coordinator at IdaraTruForme Aesthetics, with over seven years of progressive experience in the esthetics and health industry. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Janaia blends her passion for wellness with a deep understanding of client care and aesthetic treatments.

Her journey began in 2018 as a Client Coordinator at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Webster, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, front desk operations, and spa coordination. Since then, she has built a dynamic career across both traditional and medical spa environments, supporting services such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and advanced body sculpting procedures. Her ability to manage fast-paced operations while maintaining a warm and professional guest experience has made her a trusted presence in every setting.

In 2022, Janaia became a Certified Body Sculpting Technician, offering non-invasive contouring treatments with a compassionate, results-focused approach. She also brings expertise in nutritional assessments, customer service, sales, and client retention—skills that reflect her holistic view of health, beauty, and well-being.

Outside of her clinical role, Janaia is a self-taught skincare product formulator, crafting natural, plant-based products using oils, butters, and herbs. This passion for clean beauty has deepened her knowledge of ingredient efficacy and inspired her pursuit of becoming a Medical Holistic Esthetician.

Janaia’s unique combination of clinical experience, technical training, and holistic care continues to shape her mission: to help clients look and feel their best from the inside out.

Kamal Abbasi

Director of Operations | Idara Truforme

Kamal Abbasi is a distinguished healthcare executive and operational strategist with over 15 years of experience leading high-performance medical, aesthetic, and wellness organizations. As the Director of Operations at Idara Truforme, Kamal is responsible for driving the practice’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and business growth across its medical aesthetics and wellness divisions.

Throughout his career, Kamal has established himself as a results-oriented leader known for transforming underperforming practices into thriving, profitable, and patient-centered organizations. His expertise spans business development, multi-site operations management, and financial planning, as well as marketing strategy, technology integration, and clinical workflow optimization.

At Idara Truforme, Kamal oversees every aspect of the patient journey — from consultation design and staff training to technology adoption and financial analysis — ensuring that each department operates with precision and consistency. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, measurable performance, and an unwavering commitment to patient satisfaction.

Prior to joining Idara Truforme, Kamal led operations and business growth initiatives across multiple medical and aesthetic ventures throughout Texas, Utah, and the Gulf region. He has successfully launched new practices, managed large multidisciplinary teams, and implemented advanced systems to streamline patient care and enhance profitability. His ability to merge clinical insight with business intelligence has made him a trusted advisor to physicians, investors, and practice owners.

Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Buckingham and professional certifications in CoolSculpting, Sciton Laser, Cutera Laser, CRM systems, and HR Management for Analysts. His unique background in engineering and healthcare management allows him to approach operational challenges with analytical precision and strategic foresight.

Sarah Gay

Director of Client Experience and Front End Operations | Medical Aesthetics Expert

Sarah Gay serves as the Director of Client Experience and Front End Operations, holding a pivotal role in driving the practice’s operational excellence and client vision. She ensures a seamless, elevated, and consistent journey for every patient, overseeing all facets of their experience from initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up. Sarah leads with precision, managing team training, onboarding, and the continuous development of client relations standards that reflect the practice’s commitment to innovation and patient-centered care.

With nearly a decade of experience in medical aesthetics and wellness, Sarah’s expertise is characterized by a rare blend of clinical and administrative mastery. Prior to joining the practice, she successfully managed two high-performing medical spas and launched two new practices from the ground up, demonstrating her leadership and operational acumen. Her foundational experience includes time in the procedure room and medical sales, building on her start as a certified phlebotomist, where her passion for patient care was first ignited. A native Houstonian, Sarah holds specialized training from the Medical Device Sales College Institute and additional college coursework in the medical sciences.
